Terraza Del Sol sits on the sixth floor of a beachfront building in Torreblanca, Fuengirola. Renovated in 2022 to a considered standard — not opulent, not minimal — it has everything you'd want for a wonderful beach break. The sea is the view from every room.

The Terrace

The experience, not a feature.

The terrace wraps 70 square metres around the penthouse — a dining table that seats six, sun loungers for slow afternoons, and an eight-metre retractable awning for when the midday sun says stay in the shade. Six floors up, the Mediterranean is your constant view.

Where inside meets the sea.

The living and dining area opens directly onto the terrace — full-height sliding doors that blur the boundary between indoors and out. A 65″ 4K television, Sonos sound system, and a fully stocked bar with wine fridge and ice machine. The dining table seats six. The sofa is deep. The afternoons here tend to run long.

Kitchen & Bar

Considered details.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch and Smeg appliances — a Moccamaster for morning coffee, an oven that works, a fridge stocked for a week. Everything you actually need, nothing just for show.

The bar is the centrepiece of evenings: fully stocked for cocktail-making, with wine fridge, ice machine, and a view of the sea. Most evenings end the same way — someone queues up a playlist on the Sonos, and the sky does the rest.

Three bathrooms, two en-suite. The master has a king bed (180×200) and sea view. The second bedroom has a queen (160×200). The third has twin beds (2× 90×200). All rooms have crisp white linen, blackout blinds, and air conditioning.

The building has both an indoor and an outdoor pool, accessible to all guests. The beach is a short walk from the front door. Both pools have their days — pick based on the weather and the mood.
