Why Fuengirola. Why this apartment.
This apartment has been in the family for over fifty years. Long before it was Terraza Del Sol, it was simply the place where summers happened — where three generations came for the light, the sea, and the particular stillness of a Fuengirola morning. The terrace holds a lot of memories.
In 2022, a complete renovation brought it up to a standard that felt right for the next chapter. Not a transformation — a careful renewal. The bones were always good. The sixth-floor position, the beachfront setting, the 70-metre terrace with its unobstructed sea view. The renovation simply gave all of that the finish it deserved.
The intention, now, is simple: to share the place that has given one family so much over fifty years, and to give guests the chance to make their own memories here. The terrace is the same. The view hasn't changed. We just want more people to see it.

Terraza Del Sol is cared for by a small team who have lived and worked on the Costa del Sol for over thirty years. They know the area the way only locals do — the good restaurants before the queues arrive, the quieter beaches, the best time of day for everything. Guests regularly mention them by name. That's not an accident.
