The terrace wraps 70 square metres around the penthouse. There's a dining table that seats six, sun loungers for slow afternoons, a hammock for the guest who brought a novel, and an eight-metre retractable awning for when the midday sun says stay in the shade.
Most evenings end the same way: someone makes a gin and tonic at the bar, someone queues up a playlist on the Sonos, and the sky does the rest.
